What can I expect from Declutter Bootcamp for Weight Loss?

Declutter Boot Camp for Weight Loss gives you the tools, techniques, motivation and inspiration to overcome your struggle with weight. You’ll learn how clutter affects your ability to lose weight, and you’ll discover how to change your beliefs, thoughts, feelings, habits and actions so they line up with creating the healthy lifestyle you want. You’ll see real results on the scale and in other areas of your life, and be empowered to live the healthy lifestyle you deserve. Class size is limited, so register now. 

 

How much time will the class take?

Declutter Boot Camp for Weight Loss is a 10-week teleclass, with each weekly phone call lasting one hour. Each week you’ll also have the opportunity to complete a variety of assignments, designed to help you build momentum and achieve success. Because these weekly exercises can lead to important breakthroughs that get you closer to seeing the results you want, I highly encourage Boot Camp participants to set aside at least 30 minutes a week on their homework assignments. 

 

What does it cost?

In addition to 10 weeks of classes, assignments, support, inspiration, motivation and accountability, I offer various levels of additional support. Although I typically charge up to $250 per hour for individual coaching services, I’m able to offer 10 weeks of Declutter Boot Camp for Weight Loss at a low package price starting at just $499. Why is the class taught over the phone?

If you’re like me, you’re super busy. But that doesn’t mean you want to continue putting your weight loss goals on the back burner.  We use the phone because it’s the most convenient and private way for you to learn the Declutter Boot Camp tools and techniques that will help you achieve your weight loss goals. Besides being a money-saving, time-saving, hassle-free program, you’ll “meet” people from all over the world in our one-hour weekly phone classes.

 

Must I participate on the weekly phone calls?

I ask each participant to check in on each call and give you the opportunity to share anything you learned throughout the previous week. Of course, the more you participate on the calls, the more you and your fellow Boot Campers will learn, too. Of course, your privacy is assured because we abide by the “Vegas rule”: whatever is said on the call, stays on the call.

 

What happens if I miss a call?

In order to participate in the course you are encouraged to attend 8 out of the 10 calls, although there may be times when circumstances force you to miss a call. That’s why I record each weekly call and send the playback information via email. Only participants in your Declutter Boot Camp for Weight Loss class will have access to the recordings. So you can listen to the playback if you miss all or part of a call or simply want to hear it again.


What does clutter have to do with weight loss?

Everything! What I’ve learned in my own life and from coaching countless others is that clutter in your mind, on your calendar, in your priorities and in your closet can unconsciously stop you from living the healthy lifestyle of your dreams. What is laser coaching?

Laser coaching is where I give short, focused, private help with any problem or question you may have during the 10-week Boot Camp. We can do laser coaching however it’s most convenient for you, either through e-mail or via a quick, 10-minute phone call.

 

What happens at the end of the 10-week class?

Because I believe lasting success comes with ongoing support, at the end of each 10-week class I offer a coaching club called Beyond Boot Camp that includes weekly weigh-ins and a monthly call for accountability. And throughout the 10-week class, you’ll learn plenty of tips and techniques for setting up consistent, daily habits that will help you keep your momentum going. Need more support?
