Participate in a weekly, one-hour group coaching call**
Set daily intentions
Take on a weekly Declutter Exercise (everything from decluttering your excuses to cleaning out your pantry and refrigerator)
Work one-on-one with a professionally-trained life coach, as needed
Track and report your weight loss progress weekly
Check in with an Accountability Partner (2x/week for 5 minutes) optional
